I need to find several small flower vases, and by several i mean about 48. They don't have to be very pretty or anything expensive, in fact the cheaper the better! Any ideas? Or suggestions for websites or alternatives? I need them for my wedding for the reception tables. They only need to fit about 3 to 4 flowers.

I'd like to grow an olive tree in my yard, but I'm concerned about the climate / winters. Boston is roughly on the same lattitude as the Mediterranean, but I think our winters are harsher. Thanks!

I've heard these are extremely easy to propagate, so I wonder where I'm going wrong. These cuttings are in a vase of water with the leaf node submersed. I even made sure to place it cut side in. Its plain water, and they were fresh cuttings. Its been weeks, and nothing. What's going on?

So like we moved into a new home, and I'm really into planting things like trees and fruit and stuff, but the dirt in our backyard is very poor. It's weird like clay or something, when it gets wet is all gummy and the water doesn't get very far down. When its dry which it usually is, its hard like a rock and I'm sure it's not good dirt for plants :/ What kinda of dirt is this though ? And what can I do to make it like not suck so much ?
