can someone tell me the number of a person who I can call to talk to about utah drought?

I have also placed a link for the State Climatologist in Utah.

I live in Utah and it has been burned into my brain that we are always in a drought. I don't know exactly who you could call to talk to about this, but you could find some good information through the local TV news channels or the local newspapers. If you need more info feel free to email me and I will see what I can do.
