...I can hardly see out the windows!

If I cut them back to where I want them, there will be little or no green left on them.

I don't know what kind of shrubs they are.

If I can hack 'em back, when's the best time to do that?
Can I do it now? I live in the northeast, if that matters.

Thanks!

In my area, many dogs regularly *** and ***** (i'm a witness) and lick my neighbors' windows. Of course, that kind of behavior makes me furious, but mysteriously, clovers grow on the ground exposed to dog secretions. So my question is, precisely, what kind of relationship stands between the chemical components in a dog's organism and the prerequisites for a clover to grow?

My lawn is covered by crab grass and I try pulling it out but it leaves more bare spots on my lawn then more of the crab grass and weeds seem to come and grow. I have a cat that goes outside, therefore, I don't want anything toxic on my lawn.

My father bought what he thought was a horseradish. The leaves look right but the flowers are deep yellow, almost daisylike and on very long stems. As far as I know all varieties of horseradish have small white flowers, so... Any ideas on what it actually is? Thanks. (No image, camera isn't working.)

If it were raining constantly and the wind was blowing all the crap off of the street into your garden, and the kids next door keep knocking on the door for their ball back from one of your flower pot which meant you having to keep going out there.....would it be so nice then......x.
