The house we just bought has alot of handyman stuff to do. The down stairs was done by the previous owners. When they put the dry wall up they didn't tape the joints. Noe the plaster is cracked at the joint all the way down. Is there a way to fix this short of replacing all of the dry wall?

I know this is a silly question but when is the best time or the earliest one could decorate for fall, just basic decorations, fall colors on a wreath for the door, or plastic pumpkins in a wagon? Any info

I am redoing the kitchen of a condo we just purchased. We need to keep the white tiles up. The kitchen I love is a cream color. Does cream with white tiles as a backsplash work? Thanks!!!

The room is 16X26 with 11 foot ceilings. We were thinking of a purple with black trim. The ceiling is vaulted so should I paint it the same as the walls? Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!

I just opened a new vynil tablecloth for my kitchen table. I have guests coming today & I want the kitchen to look nice, but this new tablecloth is sooooo wrinkled from being packed in a bag way too small for it to have been stuffed into (How do they do that anyway? And why can we never get things folded & put back the way they were?)
Any suggestions on how I can get the wrinkles out & make it smooth?
Please don't suggest ironing it, mine is at my mom's.

My wife is a very talented interior decorator. She had decorated several houses and apartments for relatives and friends and had done very well. She would like to become a professional decorator. She is stay home mother. How can she become an interior decorator? We live in Orlando Florida. Where could she study more? How do you land a job on this field?

Thank you
