My housekeeper doesn't always clean everything and I was hoping to put a housecleaning list together for her with tasks that need to be done 1x wk, 1x mo, etc. I've searched online and haven't found anything useful. If anyone has one they are willing to share, I'd really appreciate it. I've thought about making one myself in excel, but am worried I won't remember everything and then she might miss even more cleaning.

My coffee pot leaves this nasty film when I brew coffee (or tea). I've heard you can clean it by running vinegar through a cycle. Is that true?

I am doing a little pre-spring cleaning. I have several components (7) that are hooked into or around my HDTV. The problem is all the wires are going crazy back there. Does anyone know of a neat and tidy way to make them not so cluttered and have a more clean look. I've thought about twisty ties... But I'm looking for something different.

I think it might be sometime in the late 1930's or early 1940's. I beleive they were used in laundromats before they became available to the comsumers. There was a laundromat down the street that had a big sign outside that accually said The Westinghouse laundromat It had 10 slant front Westinghouse Laundromat washers and was expanded to fit 15 strate front Laundromats. The strait front machines were much newer than the slant front models and were out of order a bit more than the slant front models. So much for progress.

This is a serious question, and I don't intend for this to be taken as perverted. I keep getting orange stains on my brown sheets and brown clothing. I haven't used a new detergent or anything. They just keep showing up. It looks like a bleach stain, but I don't use bleach. I don't even have any in my house...if you have any suggestions, please help! Thanks

It is a Whirlpool that is about 6 years old. It takes 1 1/2 to 2 hours to do a dry a load depending on what I'm drying. I always have to add more time even though I select the longest time 80 minutes. The vent to the back seems to be OK and when the clothes are finished drying it does seem to be hot inside.

I have a corduroy skirt that's pretty wrinkled, but I need to wear it tomorrow, so I don't have much time. I know you can't iron the corduroy. I've ironed the opposite side but it didn't really help. Anything else I can do?

Hi,
My son must have had a red crayon in his pocket when I did the laundry. I washed with warm/cold water with Tide and Downy fabric softner. Then I dryed them in the dryer. Most of the clothes came out with red colored spots! Is there something I can do to remove that?
