Because sweat is acidic in nature, it's likely that the leather stain is a result of diluted or altered leather stain by the sweat. There is no way to remove this kind of damage. It can, however, be repaired. The best way to repair the damage is by hand washing the shoes with saddle soap or Woolite, rinse 3 or 4 times to make sure all the soap is out then setting the shoes in a shoe form to prevent shrinkage and to help retain the shape while drying occurs. after the shoes are bone dry reapply leather stain of the same color, then seal and wax them.
To prevent this from happening again, I suggest using Dr. Scholls absorbent liners. Good luck.

You could try alcohol, I'm not sure if anything will remove the sweat stains. You could also try leather cleaner. But if Nothing removes them you could get Leather color and color them, so you could wear them again.
