Instructions say use neutral washing powder, what is neutral washing powder?

I would assume something gentle like Woolite in the gentle cycle. I wash my kids ski jackets all the time that way.

Neutral Washing Powder is one that is not Alkali or Acidic....
Also known as non-bio
Prevents disintegration of the waterproofing....

Go to snow and rock where they have washing liquid that is for ski jackets.

I suspect it means one that doesn't contain bleach.
