Granite guys coming tomorrow to install countertop. I will have an undermount stainless steel sink. It is 1 3/4 bowl with the garbage disposal not as deep , wide and long as the main bowl. I have blanco single handle pull out faucet, soap dispenser, and air gap. Where should they drill the holes? Should it be evenly spaced?
Should i have the cut out a rectangular strip of plywood just below the holes so the items can be mounted on the granite instead of both the plywood and granite?

Also, how far from the cabinet edge should the bowl be mounted?

I know that DMT containing plants can be legally ordered online, but are these seeds or plants sold in garden stores or home depot?

Not that I would extract the DMT, of course... I'm just curious.

I just bought a 4.5 hp air compressor. It starts up fine and builds to 155 psi like it should but after the pressure drops and it tries to kick back on it wont it just turns over slow and pops the breaker. I am running it off of a 6200 watt generater with 9000 watts max (surge watts) is this caused by too small of wiring or is the generater not big enough. The compressor is a Kobalt 4.5hp 80 gallon design please help

I am wanting to get granite counter tops put in to a house I am buying. We also will need a new sink since the existing one is black and will not coordinate with the new counters. My question is, does the new sink we choose need to be the same size as the old one?

I think it's from Colombia. It's pronounced e-cot. They are super thin and very durable. You can use it as a blanket. I want to buy one but I don't know how to spell it. It's pronounced e-cot. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

After weeks of looking I found the PERFECT sofa today. But I'm afraid it matches my carpet too closely. No other colors are available and I really love this sofa.

The sofa is khaki and carpet is beige. Walls are white and can't be painted and my furniture is dark wood.

Any ideas on how to make this work and what colors might work for throw pillows and curtains? As it stands the combination looks very bland to me.

Sorry if this is an easy question. I'm a guy who is not very good at this but I want to learn.

Thanks,
Pete

My gutter in the back of my house runs along the entire back as one peice. One corner at the side of my house, the screw that holds it in place fell out. I tried screwing it back in, and it fell out. I even tried a new screw.

A new hole isn't an option without totally taking down my gutters.. which wouldn't be fun.

How can I keep the gutter up? Any suggestions on fixing the hole?

My mother has used nothing but the Original Palmolive for almost 30+ years; since before I was born lol. Once in a blue moon she would buy Joy or Dawn but that's usually when the store was out of Palmolive that day.

Do you use the same dish liquid or do you rotate?

I tried cleaning out all the dust, and leaving the gas control knob off for several minutes, but the pilot flame goes out every time I release the pilot button. ----I've also tried holding the button down for several minutes before releasing it.
It went out by itself, and refuses to relight.

My wife & I keep having our garage lights shot out by a pellet gun. Every time I replace them, they are shot out within 1-2 months. This has happened 5 times now within one year. We keep reporting this to the police, but it doesn't help. I have a security camera that aims towards the driveway. But because it's recording through my window, the night vision doesn't work. Because I work 12 hour shifts at night, this is when it happens. The vandalism didn't occur until we built a new attached 3 car garage. The vandal isn't hitting the siding or anything else, just the 3 lights. They don't even bother with the two lights on the porch. Only the 3 car garage. I even installed a motion floodlight to help scare the vandal away. This didn't work either. We don't know what else to do & would welcome any advice to catch this person. Thank you for reading this posting.
