i have noticed through the window big rats in the ventilation ducts trying to get in the house and since my family is defenitily going to ask me to get rid of them when they are in ,,,and since they are big smelly and disgusting and probably going to release a lot of bloods which of course needs to be cleaned ,,,i thought why not figure a way out to prevent them from sneaking up the sewage pipes in the first place and then take care of the ones already in which may die soon bcz there is no sources of food, i rickon
by the way this is the first time i see rats in the house for more than 15 years which made me think that they got in through the newly connected sewage pipe to the newly constructed giant sewage system in the city
and the only protection against rats hopefully not crocs in the future is one one-way-valve

too. Each plant is about 70 to 80 days old and they all look EXCELLENT! Thick stalks, thick bushy leafs... just healthy plants, why are they not showing any sign of veggies on them at all yet...? They cabbage looks good too, but doesn't look like a head of cabbage yet... just the beginnings... thanks.

I just ordered pink satin sheets from Victoria's Secret and I haven't received them yet, but I was just wondering if anyone knows how to go about washing them. They're imported polyester satin. I'm not sure if they'll come with care instructions so I just want to be prepared. Thanks in advance for your answers!! :)

I am thinking of using soem small bungie cords to help attach to my fairing
The poncho thing needs to be able to fold into a small package and be somewhat flexable hopefully.

Is there is something I can coat a spandex type material to make it waterproof .

Any ideas would be helpful.

The bike is a Vision R42 with a zipper fairing.

Not sure which type of beetle they are. They are small, brown and can fly. We had an infestation in our kitchen last year, which we were able to eliminate after finding the nest in some old grain. But now they are appearing in my bedroom. I only usually see one in a fortnight, whereas in the kitchen we used to find at least 20 a day. And I can't locate a nest anywhere. I don't smoke and I don't keep food in my room. So where the heck are they coming from and how can I get rid of them?

So I have a nice computer in my garage (I basically live out of the garage), I bought an Uninterrupted Power Supply for it, and it works fine. Then, I moved the computer to another location in the garage, now the UPS has a light that lights ups saying "faulty ground wire." I looked at the outlet, it has 3 plugs, I even tried a different outlet from the same location, same problem. I thought it was no big deal, so I used it. A while ago, I took the casing off of the computer for better cooling, and here's the problem. Whenever I touch the bare metal on the casing I would get shocked, and I plugged in my PDA into the computer's USB cable, if I touch my metal PDA I get shocked too. So how to fix this issue with the ground wire? I read that one way is to drill a copper rod (grounding rod?) into the ground and attach the ground wire into that one. Is this how it is done?

I installed travertine tile myself and didn't have time to seal it. Now, its 6 months later and I feel it needs a thorough cleaning before sealing it. Some tiles have also cracked. Do I repair with grout? What's my best approach? I've read using a polishing machine for travertine, but not sure that's the best thing in my case.

My bedroom has humidity problems. Some mould but mainly smelly cloths on drawers, wardrobe, especially those touching the floor.Need to keep washing them every few months. This problem only occurs in the bedroom. The humidity level is at 90%. Do i need an extractor fan to improve ventilation (but double glazing already has trickle vents) or a dehumidifier? I am putting up crown molding and I want to use a nail gun. I also want to get an air compressor that is not too cheap that I can put in my work shop for future projects. I may do some roofing in the future. What type of air compressor should I get? What type of nail gun for the crown molding? I am on a budget. So I don't want to spend any more than I have to.

My wife and I recently bought a home in Oklahoma. In our backyard we have found four burrows housing what I think are Oklahoma Brown Tarantulas. We have a five month old baby and I was wondering if we need to be concerned. Also, do tarantulas "infest" yards, and if so what can we do?
