first of all homelite does not make four sroke engines if its on a mower (walk behind or riding) or snowblower its not a homelite engine, the model,type ,code # u provided looks to b parts of a briggs number wich the first two numders n the model number is its cubic inches so u have a 14cubic inch engine wich is a 6.5 or 7 hp engine. a four stroke is an eninge u DO NOT MIX GAS AND OIL TOGETHER they have seperate places too add them.
