I have a george foreman grill that i want to clean cuz there a whole lota stuff stuck on it.

Yes, but whatever you use make sure that you rinse it well. Simple Green and Dawn are both very effective for removing greasy buildup on grills.

Yes, but rinse well, What I do with my grill before when cool before usuing I spray with a lite coat of pam, it cut the cleaning and sticking. I let the grill cool and clean with paper towels, and mild soap and rinse..

There's a product called "Quick n Brite". It's non toxic AND it cleans everything! I love it. You can usually find it at grocery stores, but if not, try Home depot or lowes
