is this really true ?
I dont drink from it. but of course use hot water to Wash vessels and even Take bath.
1) Can someone please tell if this is True
2) If so, Is there any easily available filter to solve this.

My 21 month old boy and 4 month old girl are in the same bed room for four more years I need to figure out a way to decorate there room together. I was thinking something like a disney room with alot of the disney characters. Like tinker bell, all the princess, cars, nemo, shreck all of it I could find then putting disney on the cilling how they write it with dark blue in the back ground and white for the words. Any ways I was wanting pictures or more ideas and wondering if other people thought this was a good Idea or a bad one cause its two much.

I want to purchase a mini fridge for my cousin's girls. So they can keep mini bottled waters in it and just have something cool in their room. I looked online for either one shaped like an animal or one with flowers or something girly with no luck. From a company in the USA please. I can't afford overseas shipping costs. Thank you.

Hello,

For my sister's bday, I want to get her a comforter for her bed since she just moved and painted her room red. I had seen a white comforter with either red hearts or red roses all over in a catalog some time ago. Does anyone know where I could find it? Or something similar?

Thanks!!! :o)

I have never even SEEN a mole until now. I'm catching three a day in my humane trap in the kitchen. Is there a repellant for these things? Please don't tell me to poison them or kill them, I won't do it, so don't waste your time. Any info on them would be appreciated, mostly involving a repellant idea. Someone told me lemon juice because they hate the smell? Thanks. Serious answers only, please. (they're really cute little fellas!)

What is the best material for building an outdoor patio? In terms of ease of installation as well as price?

I plan to build an above ground pond next to it that will be just high enough to still easily view while seated on the patio. I have used concrete pavers to build up around a pond before. I think maybe brick will look nice next to flagstone. Our house is white with black shutters. Color suggestions for stone/brick?

My wife and are moved into our current house last December, so this is our first end of summer/beginning of fall in the house.

We live in central Wisconsin and the past week or so have noticed several gnat-like bugs in our upstairs bathroom.
The bugs are nearly always dead and for the most part are in the bathroom sink and sometimes the tub. Generally around six to 10 dead when I wake up in the morning.

The bathroom is clean and they don’t appear to be attracted to waste (i.e. garbage can and toilet brush). The live ones can fly, but appear to be near death or disinterested as they usually don’t fuss as you kill them.

Also, my wife and I have found no evidence of them spreading to any other rooms or parts of the house. The bathroom has a ventilation fan that goes through the attic, so I belie they may be entering the bathroom via the attic and fan.

We have had some drastic temperature changes in the past week, so I am hoping it is a species whose life cycle is ending sim

Hello,
I want to start a compost bin however I live in Montreal and come October, the weather's not for planting anything and winter is soon approaching. My question is should I start this year anyway and plan on using the compost next year or should I wait until spring?

I've never composted before so I really don't know much about it. any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
DT

Any one got any ideas how to open a door with a three lever lock that we have lost the keys for.
I can’t change the lock until I can open it.
I do have access to both sides of the door and it is a new building so I don’t want to make to much mess.
The hinges are not the type with pins either.

I bought a Charbroil one for $100, and spent 2 hours finding out I couldn't get past step 2 of 8 because the directions were terrible, and some pieces and holes were missing. I returned the parts in a heap to Menards, and could see the employees making fun of me. So, I exchanged it for a more expensive one they said would be easier, and it was, but it was still a complete nightmare which took me 4 hours. Again, parts were missing and steps were missing from the assembly diagrams. Is this common?
