I am nott sure about the mortgage co. but I am sure it depends on the company. Grass in the drive way go buy a spray bottle of round up, its relitivly cheap. Do not spray the weeds in the yard with it though because it will kill the grass around it. There are weed control products you can put on your lawn or you can call a proffesional, like TruGreen, to treat your lawn for you.

Spray the cracks with weed and grass killer that will take care of it growing back at least for the season. Spray weed killer on the weeds in the yard, Look at your homeowners association rules and regulations to see if anything is said about lawn and driveway maintance. If there is nothing in it regarding these issues let them know that they are harassing you. If they continue to harass you start documenting how many times they call and at what times they call and contact a lawyer

I feel your pain. I work as a Surgical Technologist. I have a similar problem. I like Aveda Hand Relief. It is a little on the expensive side, but it doesn't take much, is not heavily perfumed, not greasy and does not wash of completely the first time your hands get wet. I have a problem with palmar eczema in the winter months and this is the only thing that has helped. In fact, for the past two winters, I have had minimal break outs. If your hands are really dry and cracked, get you some petroleum jelly (Vaseline makes a 'cream' Vaseline petroleum jelly) and put it on at bedtime with a pair of gloves. If you don't want to sleep in the gloves, put the Vaseline on with the gloves and somehow warm your hands. (I call this the poor mans hot wax treatment) It really works great. Good luck with those hands.

I'll third the use of Round-up. It comes premixed, all you do is squirt it on the weeds. Takes far less time than pulling!

As for the weeds in the yard, Roundup would work, but it will kill anything it touches including good grass, shrubs and flowers.

Homeowner associations are a pain for those folks who ignore the regulations. Clean up you yard to get them off your back.

depending on what kind of weeds that they are, there are many different types of chemicals made to kill them. You need to pull up each type of weed, bring them to your local nusery and have them recommend something for you. Depending on where you live "killzall" is a fabulous permanent week control, far better than a temporary killer such as Round Up.

Like I said....you need to find out what these "weeds" are......like, there is Johnson grass which is a weed...you will have to use everything short of dynomite to make this go away.....there are many types and again, you local nursery should be able to identify and make the proper recommendations.

I have not heard of a mortgage company handling any type of landscaping.....but if you can get this done....please share your secrets as it is something that I have not heard of.

Tell them to get a Life

But really spray weeds in driveway with Roundup. For weeds in a lawn use a Selective weed killer which only kills broadleaf weeds not grass species. I use a Ag chemical called Versitill or can use Turfix or any of many broadleaf weed killers

I can't see that your mortgage co. would do anything about this.
You have to follow the rules of your assoc. so read up on the do's and dont's.
I go along with the use of roundup but be careful when you spray as it'll kill anything in sight.Spray the weeds only. It'll be great on your driveway.
Just carefully follow the directions on the botlle of roundup.

Try using a spray to kill the grass that is coming up. Im not sure what the mortage company will do. Maybe you should call a landscaping company and see what they can do for you...or call one of your towns nurseries and see if they have any recomendations for you as far as chemicals you can use to kill it. Im not sure where you live to know what is legal to use where you live.
Good luck
