Essentially this is it http://baltimore.craigslist.org/fur/274060101.html

It has nicotine stains all over it and pretty much needs to be refinished. It's not cracked or has any nicks and scratches in it. How time consuming is this. How much money in products would it run about to do this entire set.

We can't afford to have sheet rock work done right now and I have ugly alligator looking heavily textured sheet rock walls. Has anyone tired to use a sander and sanded on ugly textured walls and how did it look? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I stained a wooden door last year and I chose not to put clear coat on it. Does it really make it look that much better? And is it really that hard to put on? How do you do it, if you recommend it.

When it rains the back wall of my garage is letting in water. It is getting so bad that the floor of the garage is a big puddle. I can't put anything in there as everything goes either mouldy or rusty. Is there something I can use to sort it that would be quick and easy, or am I looking at geting a builder in to sort it.

to start him out. We just got married, and he is always borrowing other peoples' tools to fix something. I want to get this for him for Valentine's Day. I know - sooo unromantic. Any handymen out there who know what needs to be in the toolbox? I want to spend about $200. Thanks!

My husband had a daughter from a previous relationship that he lost. Her name was Wisteria.

We have two daughters of our own now, and to keep her memory alive for them, I have been thinking about planting some wisteria flowers.

I was wondering what kind of climate these flowers need to survive in and if anyone had some general information about them.

Thanks!

I planted red tip protinia shrubs 2 years ago and am waiting for them to grow up high like the others already in my back yard. I have new ones on a long L-shaped back part of my yard I need to grow up for privacy and noise reasons. What can I plant in front of my shrubs to grow fast and fill in? I'd like the look of a woodland back yard setting. I'm thinking about english laurel. Any other ideas? Something that can stand wet soil sometimes when the rain water runs off of our back yard.

WE ARE SICK OF THIS HOUSE. HELP, HELP.
Concrete molded home with steel i beems thoughout.
Concrete floors.HOT in the summer....COLD in the winter.

Problem: Winter time
The water builds up on the outter walls...condensation yes. And lots of it. The house is all open space, so gets lots of air flow.
We have painted the walls.

We have bought a $300.00 dehumidifier, fans, wipe walls down daily with towels. That helps to a certain extent. We use them for hours to dry one area at a time.

The water runs down the walls into GFI outlets and burns them out constantly. Always replacing them, can not caulk wet walls.

The water also causes mold.....we bleach the walls down with a special stuff from the store 2 times or more a month. It still comes back.

Walls are dry in the spring and summer. But still molds.

We do not have the money to seal the walls up. Can anyone give any other advice for us to try? We are trying to move, but it's not happening yet.
