I get mine from walmart....basically any place that sells vacuums should have replacement bags.

Do a Yahoo or Google for your brand, model number and the word bags. Most vacs have HEPA filter bags to fit them, essentially converting your old vac into a HEPA micofiltration one.

That would depend on what type of vaccum you have. Many supermarkets carry the most common types but others you may have to order from the company direct.
