If you've got water coming in the back wall of your garage, you've got a problem. Things to consider: is that wall a northwest wall, i.e. why that wall and not the others. Are you sure it's the wall and not the roof? Or worse yet, the foundation? Is your house sided? How's your garage constructed, with what...and how old is it? Need more info.

I do those kind of repairs all the time. One word for you my friend,
ZYPEX. Go to a concrete store and buy a 5 gl pale. just mix it with water in very small amounts. rub it on the leaking wall and all around with a glove on your hand. it gets hot as you mix it and it drys very quick...like 30 seconds, so you must be fast. read the instructions on the bucket. good luck. this stuff works great.
but where will the water go now?

You is gonna have to lay a plastic tarp on the outside of the wall to keep the water out. If it is coming in at ground level. You need to sandbag the wall on the outside and still have it under the plastic tarp.

If its comming in from roof and its soft felted then buy a can of bitumen and brush it on thickly. but u will have to find out if it is the roof . It could be comming through damaged pointing on the brickwork. u will have to investigate where leak is comming from before attempting repair. How is ur roof? is it in good, reasonable or poor state? i dont have to say anymore as u will see for yourself when u inspect the roof what action to take.

I think you have some major problems with grade issues....the garage needs to slope down at the front, so the water doesnt run up in it.
If the slope is wrong, you have big problems.

Drive a small piece of vinyl window screen into the weep hole. Are you sure mud is coming from the weep holes and not from someplace else? Did a drain pipe get installed when the wall was built?
