I noticed some water seeping out of the tiled shower stall into the bathroom. I cant really afford to rip it up and replace the pan and tile. Is there some way to seal or poss re-grout. The tile are about 1 inch square. I used a brush on sealer from Home Depot but it began seeping again after about 4 months.

I thought maybe a good cleaning and then putting on a top coat of grout and then a sealer. Will this work??

It is a Stout 4000watt generator, we have checked the AC circuit breakers, and the generator starts and runs fine, we're getting nothing from the Voltometer except a small spike at the bottom. Can someone please help us with our Christmas Day Disaster?

I bought a kitchen in April last year from MFI, and I am just checking the prices now for their January Sale. The sale prices NOW are about 25% HIGHER than when I bought them, so it seems that the APRIL sale is better than the JANUARY ONE? Is this just an anomaly, or is APRIL always better?

I have several garments that require the use of a "cold iron". Needless to say, I'm lost. If my iron doesn't have a "cold iron" setting, how do I know where to set the control? Thanks for your help.

Pulled my old (1997) Candy fridge freezer out of the shed to use over christmas for extra food etc, it has been stood for 14 month.

Cleaned it out and turned it on, freezer works fridge does not.
Checked thermostat in fridge thats switching ok, power down to danfoss compressor wasen't working, give it a bat started working ok, must have been jammed. Heat is moving around the coil on back of fridge ok.

In the freezer compartment (Below the fridge) the coils at the top are frosted up with snow on them (within 20min of turning it on) and nothing on the bottom and middle set ?.
