Why not try a local market. Some do sell that sort of thing.
If you don't have any luck with that, you could always try yell.com,and see what they can come up with for you.

Any fabric store will have sheets of foam. It comes in all densities. Ask a clerk for a recommendation. Also, the job requires more than just putting the foam in. You usually have to wrap it in some type of batting. Ask the clerk for a recommendation.

Too bad you didn't state where you are exactly.
Walmart in the states might have what you need, and BUT in the states is also a "Chain" JoAnn Fabrics, and they sell all manner of foam for just the purpose you describe.

there is a place ijn Tenby called just foam, they will cut to any size and perhaps they will tell you a place local to you. hope this will help, other than that you can usually see old sofas for sale have a look you could just use the foam good way to recycle

Any fabric outlet store should have them, but it might be more economical to take the measurement of the cushion and call around first.

I'd try Wal-Mart first, then Joann's fabric. If that doesn't work, perhaps AC Moore or Michaels. If these aren't near you, you can definitely order from joanns.com. Good luck!
