I have two Hampton Bay fans outdoors and was wondering if
Hampton Bay makes a cover for the fan . I would like to cover them for the winter months.

We recently moved into a house and received our first water bill. It was for $600.00 for 2 months. We called the landlord and she sent a repair man out to fix the problem. He had to replace 2 valves and completely turn off one section of the yard. There were at least 3 leaking sprinklers. The main leak was hidden under vines, so we didn't even know about it. I called the water company and took off $260.00, but we are stuck with the remaining part of the bill. Should we have to pay all that amount or should the landlord have to help us with the bill. We did not break anything, it was already a problem when we moved in. The water company said they had been averaging the water bills in our area that is why it was not caught sooner. Thanks

I needed to clean some model paint out of the carpet in my sons room, yes, you guessed it!! Anyways, I read that WD40 would work, and i didn't have anything else to try. It took 1.5 cans to do it, but it worked. Now it really stinks and there is a bit of a greasy look to the carpet as well. Would it be bad to add baking soda to the carpet? It's been days since I cleaned it. I need help!

I really dislike Scott tissue, it's not soft. Do the Charmins and the Angel Softs of the world affect the septics?

Also, I have alot of antibacterial soaps from our old place. I would like to use the hand soaps because they are expensive and smell nice, or should I not use ANY antibacterial products?

I know..gross...but the rug is light beige and the stain that I thought I cleaned has reappeared. I just used bissel carpet cleaner and thought I had gotten it out but this morning it was still there. What do I use to get the spot out without ruining the carpet???

I'm refinishing an electric guitar. However, throughout the spraying process (grey paint), the paint can randomly ejects little paint lumps onto the surface. Then, I have to wipe all the paint off and try again, hoping I can finish before any lumps get sprayed.

I don't understand, since it's a brand new can. What can I do to make the paint go on perfectly smooth?

the tree is thirty year old and i dont want to kill it but it is way overgrown and rubs on the roof unless i keep trimming it off. my buddies tell me now is the time to do major tree trimming.
