Any of the pet cleaners with "enzymes" will work. You may need to soak the area and let it dry completely. Sometimes it may take as long as a week to dry and multiple applications.
As for the crayons, you might try a warm iron and a paper towel. It works to get wax off of tableclothes and carpets.

White vinegar will react with the residual ammonia in the urine, which is what provides the characteristic odor.
Also good - "Kids N Pets" enzymatic cleaner - can be used on carpets, floors, walls, upholstery to remove biologic stains. Look for it at Target, Wal-Mart, etc near the carpet cleaners.
Crayons - I'm going to clarify a previous post. Use the heat from the iron to melt the wax and a thin paper bag (or newsprint) to absorb the wax, but also place a towel (unfolded) between the paper and the iron to prevent wax from getting all over your iron!

There is a pet product call “Natures Miracle” and that it is for urine.
Put a paper bag over the crayon marks and put a warm iron over the bag and hopefully it should remove the crayon marks. This works with candle wax.
