I have been in my house one year. My toilet leaks and i have replaced the wax ring (with the 'funnel"). Things are ok for a while and then it starts to leak again. I have an old lead soil line. The flange is flush with the sub floor. As i understand it, the flange must rise above the floor in order to make a good fit. What's involved with installing a new pcv flange? Is it as simple as taking of the old flange and installing the new pvc flange with pcv glue?

Thank you

Bought freehander, Quadra volume control and showerheads. Did not clean for about 2 months. Nothing is taking off the ingrained water stains. Any ideas?

I bought a huge beautiful fall mum plant. Can they be cut back and kept indoors for the winter? Can it be planted outdoors, will it come back next year? I live in the U.P.
Thanks!

The plants will recieve direct sunlight and will get minimal water. Because i live in the florida area it will be very hot but because im doing it for the science department i would perfer that the plants flower and if at all possible attract birds and butterflys.

If you could give me websites with a list of these types of plants that would be great!

I wash them and they still stink when they come out of the dryer, and if they don't stink then, they do after one use. I'm using bleach, gain, and other cleaners when I clean like, dawn, and pine sol. But not always pine sol. I used to use mr. clean, but it didn't make any difference. They stink so bad, I'm tempted to throw them away and just buy new ones. Any ideas?

We have a level of 6.2 which I understand is just slightly high. We are trying to sell our house, so want to get it below the 4.0 suggested without putting any $ into it. We are looking for suggestions for making the house safer, of course, but want to do it ourself.

Paid my property off with insurance settlement. Income is less than half than before storms. I have an offer from the friend I've been living with since storm to help pay for an addition to his house and always have a place to live no matter what. My pregnant daughter and her husband want to buy a damaged place together and renovate. Undamaged property values have sky rocketed. My property now sits outside the levee protection area, If I rebuild there it has to be 13 feet above the base flood elevation. My damaged house was 2000 sq ft and beautiful. I can only afford to build a house that is 900 sq ft, 13 feet in the air. I do not know what to do
