Dawn dish soap. Use like you would any pre-wash treatment and wash. It will even work if you have already washed and dried it. I use it all the time as I cook a lot, and then I notice the stain after I've done the laundry. Dawn also works great on most any laundry stain.

I'd try OxyClean first - it takes lots of crazy stains out! As a last resort, I was watching Mythbusters and they used Coca Cola to get rid of stains (in the washing machine) and they said it worked.

My mother always uses Pinesol. I've tried it in the past and if you haven't dried the shirt in the dryer, most of the time it will work. Use it like a pre-treatment. Then wash as usual.

Yes, Spray n wash dual power works wonders for me, just don't let it stay on the shirt for too long specially if it is a color shirt.
Good luck

SPOT TREAT THOSE TASTY, BUT NASTY STAINS WITH YOUR DISH SOAP. DAWN WORKS THE BEST BUT PALMOLIVE WORKS TOO. BE SURE TO TEST TREAT A SMALL SPOT IN A NON CONSPICIUS AREA. THIS WORKS GREAT ON TOMATO BASED STAINS TOO!
