I assume that the organ now belongs to you. If that is the case, you can pay to have it restored and keep it. You can sell it "as is" if you do not want to go to the expense of having it repaired. In the end, the decision is yours. If you decide to sell or give it away, make sure that you are at peace with your decision because once it is gone, it is gone.

You could have it repaired, if you like it enough and wish to play it. You could cut it up to make a table and 2 chairs if you are handy. Donate it to a school drama group to use as a stage prop.

Get it fixed. It's still your Grandma's, you shouldn't be willing to just give it up because it's not working. It's part of your family.
