I've removed all the long grass, removed any sources of water and shade. I do have a thick grove of juniper and cedar trees. Should I raze those down too?

I am looking at options for getting hot water to a shower in less than the 5 minutes it takes now. Does anyone have any experience with this Hot Water Lobster product? Seems like a good idea, but I can't find much info.

I have an old house from the 50s so not a lot of cabinet space. The ones by the sink are super small and I have all my dishes in there. I have one big floating cabniet that I think someone made in the 70's. It's just a big empty space with a very small shelf a the back that only extends for half the size of the cabinet. Right now I have all my baking and cooking stuff- shoved into this thing and it's a mess. Is there any way to organize it better? Keep in mind my kitchen is super small and I can't hang anything on the walls or from the ceiling. It's crazy, it's the size of an apartment kitchen! We plan to redo but for the first 5 years it has to stay like this.
Any suggestion or website you can recommend would greatly help!
Thanks!

After cutting down two trees from the yard, I'm left with two 16 foot fresh cut walnut logs that I would like to sell ASAP. I have no idea what a fair asking price would be. I hear it's good wood for gun stock. The buyer would haul away.

The season of weekly lawn mowing is coming to a close and I am very glad about it because I hate cutting grass (my pet peeve of home ownership). I just wondered what it was like for a homeowner in Southern California where the growing season never seems to end.

My best friend is visiting Boston for the next 2 weeks. Her son found the most beautiful leaf that has turned to a deep red. How can they keep it from turning brown and getting nasty so they can bring it home to Florida to show his pre-school class??

I thought I grabbed th ortho max lawn and garden insect killer concentrate. But I got the kind you attach a hose to and spray it through there. My hose doesn't go where I need it to so I was wondering if anybody knows if I can just mix this kind with water in a spray bottle? And if I can, how much? I already called the company but the guy said he didn't have he solution for it...I think there is one but they don't want to give it out. I mean, is there really that much of a difference between the 2? Thanks in advance

For me, it's dish washing. lol I know it might sound weird, but I love to wash dishes. I just find that this is the time where I am most likely to reflect on my day, decide what i'm going to do about certain situations, etc. I've even found that sometimes I talk to myself while doing this...lol Okay, now I sound truly weird. lol But anyway, what chores do you find help you to relax more?

My friend has a bathroom that has poor circulation, and due to the dampness mold is growing on the ceiling. What would the best solution to his mold problem? Is there a particular mold resistant paint he can use? He lives in an apartment, so fixing the circulation problem in general may not be possible.

Some people claim gardening is therapeutic. Is this true? I've never had the opportunity to garden before, but my grandfather has a flower and vegetable garden, and he absolutely loves being outside gardening. As a matter of fact, that's where he spends the majority of his day. Do those of you that garden, feel the same way?

I am looking for the manufacturer of a french chic antique cabbage rose or also known as english rose garden quilt. I have found this quilt on Ebay and Overstock .com. On Overstock .com catalog #10087542. I also have a model #GL-WB0726.

This is a beautiful quilt with an antique tea background. With a romantic French blend of colors including melon rose and pink roses, butter yellow, sage green, rose and a touch or French periwinkle blue. It has several prints consisting of roses, wildflowers, vintage roses, and cabbage roses along with a ticking stripe and garlands of flowers.

I want to find the manufacturer to inquire about purchasing fabric to make window treatments. According to the two vendors I have found to have this item there are none available.

Any help is appreciated,

Pat
