I need to know ASAP as it is to frost tonight 10/12 or early tomorrow 10/13

Yes your mums will withstand the frost, but only a few before they stop blooming and go into dormancy and then come back next year. That is if they are in the ground. mums that are planted in planters stand a much greater chance if they are brought in during the winter months (by greater i mean they won't die) but grounded mums should weather the first frost or two and still give you some nice fall color for a week or so longer. they will die back but will regrow the next year
