It leaks when I sit on it or stand up from it. Also, sometimes it leaks if I stomp around it too much. I know that the floor underneath it is ok.

My current refrigerator does not have an ice maker. I am getting a new one, which will have an ice maker. Will I have to have a water supply line installed from somewhere (like the sink area) to supply water for the water/ice dispenser, or does the refrigerator somehow magically condense humidity or something to make ice?

How does that work, anyway?

I don't have a bagger on my lawn mower and the clippings go out into the street. I know that it doesn't look very good and eventually when I buy a new mower, I will bag it and will not have this problem any more. However, I received an anonymous letter in the mail yesterday. It was a cutout of a recent article in our local newspaper in a section where people write in and have an "expert" answer your question. The person was complaining how people shouldn't let their grass clippings blow into the yard.
I was extremely mad when I opened this letter. First it was anonymous (If you have something to tell me, tell me to my face). Second, we just had a new baby and so I spend my time with him. Third, We have lived here a year, and all but one of my neighbors has mad an effort to introduce themselves.

I have thought about going door to door and asking who sent me this and try to explain myself (new baby, time, etc..) Any suggestions on how I should handle this?????

I am installing a hot-tub, the documentation says it draws 46 amps on 4-wire 240 VAC. I know that a 50 amp GFI is perfect for the job. I also know that since its 240 I need a double throw breaker. When I ebayed a 50-amp double throw, I saw a double breaker with each half labled at 50 amps. It would seem to me that I was looking at a 100 amp breaker. Do I need a 25-amp double throw? Bascally, are double throws rated at the total current they draw, or at the current they draw through each leg?

waterbeds? They were the thing to have many years ago. I recently went searching for one to replace my standard bed but was shocked to find out none of the stores carried them anymore.

I ONLY EAT TWICE A DAY ONLY, 1 6" SUBWAY SANDWICH (MEATBALL MARINARA WITH MANY VEGGIES) SOMETIMES INSTEAD OF THAT I EAT LEAN POCKET SUBS, ALL THIS DURING DAY TIME. THE MAIN STUFF AT NIGHT IS A SALAD(CARROTS AND LETTUCE DURING NIGHT TIME), AND IF I GET TIRED OF THE SALADS I EAT A NUTRI GRAIN NUTRITIONAL BAR. I DO NOT DRINK 8 GLASSES OF WATER A DAY. ONLY 3 OR 4.

I TRY TO JOG / WALK A MINIMUM OF 30 - 40 MINUTES A DAY 5 DAYS A WEEK. I TRY TO REST DURING THE WEEKEND, BUT SOMETIMES I GO WALKING OR PLAY SOCCER. AFTER THAT, I WORK MY ABS, I STARTED DOING ONLY 100 A DAY. NOW I CAN DO OVER 1,000 EASILY. THE SECRET OF THIS HAS BEEN THAT I HAVE BEEN CONSISTENT.

FINALLY, MY 2 HOUR DAILY WORKOUT ENDS UP WITH WEIGHTLIFTING, OVER 400 REPS FOR ARMS INCLUDING, BICEPS, TRICEPS, CHEST, LEGS, SHOULDERS AND BACK ALWAYS WITH LIGHT WEIGHT ONLY 5 POUNDS AND SOMETIMES 10 POUNDS. I THINK I CAN LOSE ANOTHER 24 POUNDS WITHIN THE NEXT 2 MONTHS.

HOW CAN I ACHIEVE THIS GOAL FASTER? I DON'T WANT TO USE PILLS.

We have a leather sofa that was in storage in a damp basement and now has some mold on it. We've tried a few things, but so far can't remove it. Does anyone have any suggestions that may work?

How do I display my items that I collect without things looking cluttered? I collect depression glass, jadite, fiesta wearing and anything deco from the 1920's-1940's ( mostly kitchen stuff), but I have a pretty small apartment. How do I display this stuff, without everything looking so cluttered?

I have at least four that need remedial work after becoming twisted and 'fernoxed' over the years. How could I overcome this without spending money. I've tried kicking the bottom of the door but this doesn't help by any appreciable amount.

What would go with it best? The walls are cream and our sofa is cream too. The fireplace isn't real wood so its not a natural colour, i think its supposed to be pine though!

We have a 13 year old Weil-McLain steam boiler, model LGB-7.

first inspection report:

Flooded out the boiler on the initial inspection to test the initial
integirty of the boiler. Boiler failed the flood out test. Building
needs a new boiler . Boiler leaks where the top of the sections
have worn through.

property manager says:

He reports that the boiler is leaking badly and either needs to
be replaced before the start of the heating season or all 6 sections of the boiler need to be replaced.

My plumber:
your boiler is quite young and
it is holding water and no signs of leaks
He said call someone else
don't tell them your boiler leaks, just have them give it
an inspection.

2nd report:

start and check, brush and vacuumed burners,
cleaned pilot assemblies, sight glass, checked
flue travels, smoke? pipe pipe started and checked
operation, safety's ok, explained how to flush low
water cut off, let steam ok
