We have a leather sofa that was in storage in a damp basement and now has some mold on it. We've tried a few things, but so far can't remove it. Does anyone have any suggestions that may work?

pour an egg cup with bleach into a pint of water and put on rubber gloves. then dip a sponge into the liquid. wring out the sponge so that it is just damp. then wipe the affected pert until it disappears. it works for sure.

Mold on leather is usually caused by humidity change which allows the mold spores to grow.
You need a special 'Mold Killer' which is available from Leather Training and Technical Dept. Just cleaning the leather will remove the spores but will not kill them so they will just come back.
Egg will only give the spores more to feed on!!!!!!

Mold grows roots. Depending on how bad it is, it might have already ruined the leather. If it's not too bad, you should at least get it reupholstered, since mold isn't healthy to live with.

try a toothbrush and white vinegar,or toothpaste ,or lemon juice
