I ONLY EAT TWICE A DAY ONLY, 1 6" SUBWAY SANDWICH (MEATBALL MARINARA WITH MANY VEGGIES) SOMETIMES INSTEAD OF THAT I EAT LEAN POCKET SUBS, ALL THIS DURING DAY TIME. THE MAIN STUFF AT NIGHT IS A SALAD(CARROTS AND LETTUCE DURING NIGHT TIME), AND IF I GET TIRED OF THE SALADS I EAT A NUTRI GRAIN NUTRITIONAL BAR. I DO NOT DRINK 8 GLASSES OF WATER A DAY. ONLY 3 OR 4.

I TRY TO JOG / WALK A MINIMUM OF 30 - 40 MINUTES A DAY 5 DAYS A WEEK. I TRY TO REST DURING THE WEEKEND, BUT SOMETIMES I GO WALKING OR PLAY SOCCER. AFTER THAT, I WORK MY ABS, I STARTED DOING ONLY 100 A DAY. NOW I CAN DO OVER 1,000 EASILY. THE SECRET OF THIS HAS BEEN THAT I HAVE BEEN CONSISTENT.

FINALLY, MY 2 HOUR DAILY WORKOUT ENDS UP WITH WEIGHTLIFTING, OVER 400 REPS FOR ARMS INCLUDING, BICEPS, TRICEPS, CHEST, LEGS, SHOULDERS AND BACK ALWAYS WITH LIGHT WEIGHT ONLY 5 POUNDS AND SOMETIMES 10 POUNDS. I THINK I CAN LOSE ANOTHER 24 POUNDS WITHIN THE NEXT 2 MONTHS.

HOW CAN I ACHIEVE THIS GOAL FASTER? I DON'T WANT TO USE PILLS.

I am assuming you are male, medium build.

It all looks like it is going in the right direction, but you need to be careful you don't undershoot your ideal weight, which is around 160-165lb.

You should increase your water intake, increase the weights a bit to add definition, and get the diet checked, as it seems very restrictive.

How do you feel ?

I think that 3.25 pounds a week is pretty fast as it is. I'm not sure it'd be healthy to try to go any faster. I'd keep what you're doing, making sure you eat enough.

One 6 inch sub sandwich and a lettuce salad a day really seems like too little for healthy eating given the amount of physical activity you do. The consistant exercise is probably a good part of what's helping you out here, but with lots of exercise, your food need increases because you're burning callories.

Don't be afraid to suplement that salad, perhaps with a little baked chicken or something similair to give it more body. Lettuce in itself has very little nutricional value, unless you're using other lettuce than head lettuce (canola, spinach, etc). Maybe adding a whole fruit a day, say, an apple, peach or a banana, slice or two of mellon, etc a day to your diet wouldn't hurt either since it sounds like you never eat any.

But I'm no expert on this stuff. I just read a lot...

You might want to cut out the lean pockets, do we even know what those things are made of? Fresh food is much better for you than anything processed. If you eat 6 small meals a day, like every 3 hours, you will prob lose more because that keeps your metabolism up and you burn more fat. 2 hours in the gym is a lot, are you really making it worth it? Try the treadmill for 35 min with a speed of 4.0 and an incline of 6 to 8. Just keep it up

Then Don't use pills. You're on the right track, congratulations. Keep with this routine you've made for yourself and gradually increase the intensity of your exercise. Don't rush things, it takes time to lose weight healthily, the rate at which you have lost weight is actually remarkable and you can't realistically hope for much better progress than that. Its possible you have put on atleast some weight in muscle and muscle is healthy weight and actually burns fat on its own. So increasing the intensity of your weight training can only benefit you.

But as you increase the intensity of your workouts...The amount of water you are drinking is already well below what you should be having. It can have detrimental affects on weight loss (i.e prevent it) and decrease your exercise tolerance.

faster is not better!! you need to make sure you are eating enough so your body doesn't go into a "starvation" mode. that's when you'll hit a plateau and won't lose any more weight, and your body will actually start storing fat and burning muscle... not good! I think you are doing good right now, but maybe try to fit in a breakfast (like special K and fruit or a protein bar) because that will help keep your metabolism up.

Sounds to me your doing great. I would just keep doing the same. Don't go too fast. As long as a doctor would verify that the diet is safe and good for you. the exercise sounds awesome, your doing your body great. the more you exercise the higer your metabolism will get the more you'll burn also. don't get discouraged if you don't loose as much as in the past, i've always noticed a plateau, just keep the work outs going. don't even think about pills, what your doing is the best thing for you.

If you are doing a Subway diet, go to chicken or turkey instead of the meatball fat. Reduce fat content.

Don't do pills, it's coming off, give it time, Remember you are building muscle mass as you exercise as well. Time, Diet and exercise, in general good behavior will reach your goal. Give it the time required.

are you sure you're not anorexic? has this diet been approved by a dietician or nutritionist? losing too much weight too fast can be very detrimental to your health and can land you in the hospital. it sounds like you're already doing a lot - probably more than you need to - to live a healthy lifestyle.
