I 've never used a recovery tank . Only A/C work I've done has veen on cars and thats been a while . I'l say 150 psi.

Depends on the refrigerant being recovered, and how full the tank is. Did you pull a vacuum on the tank before its first use? Have you weighed the tank, remembering that you should only fill it to 80% capacity; add the tare weight of the cylinder empty to the capacity size of the tank, and maximum fill is 80% of that. Are you subcooling the tank, if necessary, to aid in the recovery time and rate.? Alot of variables to give you a definate answer.

That would depend on what type of refrigerant was in the tank assuming there's not some air trapped in the tank as well.
