I want my guests to feel comfortable and relaxed. The room is currently a pale lavender with ivory crown moulding. The linens are white eyelet. I would like to do something more contemporary but only want to use bold colors as accents (such as rugs), not on the walls.

I have a Brother CS-6000 sewing machine. I have compared the narrow hem feet between the Brother brand and the Singer brand and they look exactly the same. I am wondering if one brand of attachment can be used on another brand of machine.

I have been sewing for many years and want to begin embroidery. I am confused about the huge difference in price among embroidery machines. I've looked at Pfaff, Viking, and Babylock. I would like to know if there's a machine that is satisfactory without paying the thousands of dollars these machines ask. I want to be able to use embroidery for all types of fabrics including denim. This will be a hobby for gift giving, not a profession. Thank you

I asked about an electric cooling and heating blanket. Did you know there are some made that use water to transmit the cooling or heating. There is a pump to circulate the water from the cooling and heating devices? I haven't yet found a price, but I'm sure they would be expensive. They are used in the medical field for heat related maladys and for heating after hypothermia. Anybody know how to purchase one and the price?
