I put them in the tub, spray them on both sides with the shower extension head till the water runs clear . Then I spray them well with Fantastik, scrub them with a brush, rinse, and repeat till they sparkle!

The tub and soap idea is probably the best - the soap you used is not good enough !! use engine de-greaser - guranteed to work. Let soak for a while - without water at first, then soak in HOT water... Lol

I take mine down and soak them in the bathtub with a little bit of bleach in the water. I let them soak for about one hour, then drain the tub and let them dry overnight.

long ago people had venetian blinds, my mother used to put them in the tub and wash them
nowadays we have mini blinds, mine need washing now but just soaking isn't going to clean them, they need scrubbing and I can't decide whether it's worth the effort or since they are so cheap, just going and buying new ones

Soak them in vinegar in your bathtub for a few hours....then just rinse them off!!! I would spray with a scented disinfectant after they are dry then rehang!!!

some drycleaners have a side service that cleans miniblindsbut its a little bit pricy so hears what i do i take them to a car wash and hang them on the mat hanger and pressure wash them

hang them over a fence..use a spray bottle filled with a soapy cleanser..spray the blinds and scrub them with a sponge...then hose them down with the hose.
