okay, we have unfinished basement, and pipes have moisture and drip on floor. how do we solve this problem

i saw this awesome lily the other day and i want to find out its name so i can buy some for my gf. they are mostly white with lines and pastel blues, oranges, and pinks. i thought it wwas beautiful and if any one has any ideas please help, oh and also the stalk was just straight up and no leaves and then the flowers were right on top

I want to replace a linoleum floor with hardwood. The linoleum is glued down and I can't put the hardwood on top of it because it is torn in many places.

in the unfinished basement, which i keep clean and use indoor spray in the wood rafters. there is one room that has a ceiling and dry wall up. One day I sttod by the washer and thought I saw something drop. on the floor near me I saw a little fly barely moving. They seem to be on one area of the basement and no other.

Any ideas how to get rid of them? How they got there? I have no refreigerator and do not store food down there.

We live in North OC and are looking to have approx 475 sf of our yard set with concrete. Not a foundation to build on- just patio space. What is the average per sf price of a job like this? Besides labor and materials, what other costs are included? Thanks in advance!!

the foam is a little cracked next to the unit but it has been cooling just fine since the last service 2 years ago. when i run the fan only it seems to thaw out and then blows cold again until it freezes again.

I have replaced both belts, but the V belt is very loose. Manual says if replaced properly, that belt should be loose, but It is VERY loose. I'm thinking maybe if I replaced the brush roller, that would work. I just don't get it...any other suggestions or theories?? Thanks for any help.

The original main trunk had branches that grew out a few feet, then stopped for a few years. The ends looked like they were frozen or "burned," and it stopped blooming a few years ago. We cut it down this year and let one of the side shoots grow up in its place – it doubled the original tree height in just one year.

Any suggestions for improving the growth and shape (pruning, etc.)?
