First you need to know when things are going to happen so you can be organised. To this end I recommend a calendar or a day planner (The desktop kind). Write down everything. Appointments, birthdays, when you have to work, dates, assignments. Everything. Once you've done this you keep referring back to it so you know what you have to do on a particular day. Once you know what you are going to be doing then you can organise what you will need.
Secondly, get tidy. Get rid of junk. Anything you haven't worn in 6 months. Anything that is broken because, let's face it, we never actually fix them. Clean from floor to ceiling. A clutter free environment helps to create a clutter free mind.
Third, Set aside time for study. However long you need every day. Do it the moment you get home. That way it's done & you can go out or whatever without having to worry.
In respect to money I suggest 2 bank accounts. One for your spending money & one for your savings. Set aside an amount every week/fortnight that is to go into this account. Once it is in there, don't touch it. Big purchases, emergencies only. Big purchases are things like a car, or those uni textbooks which end up costing $300 odd dollars. Spending money is everything else. New clothes, make up, lunches etc.

My, you're wise to consider organizing your life more efficiently, a good dayplanner is useful.
For School:
Make sure that you have all the supplies you need, take good notes in class and be a member of study groups. Do join clubs that interest you as that's a good way to meet new friends--make sure to be active and participate with enthusiasm.
Money:
First have a source of income then make a list of what you really need to have and spend money on those first, then spend some on fun things. Make sure to save a part in the bank.
Life
Approach life with a 'can do' positive confident attitude. Hang around good friends. Learn lessons quickly from any mistakes. Life is what you make it, so plan yours for health, happiness, love, success and prosperity.
Best Wishes

I got more organized when I started a filing drawer. I have everything in there. Its a good way to stay clean and organized. It keeps a trail if you ever want to go back.

Well but everthing in its place make sure nothing comes out of place and remember were you keep everything because thats how things get out of order. Because I'm in college know and I'm a freshman but I make sure everything stays in order so I don't missplace anything or forget were things is at. And when it comes to your money open an account and put your money in the bank so you know its safe in one place.

involve yourself in life the way you would if you had to ride a bicycle on a tightrope across the grand canyon.
