I recently bought an air mattress and it has a hole in it already. I haven't found the hole in it yet, but when I do I want to know what's the best way to repair it. I'm too cheap to buy another air mattress.

I've bought a gardengate kit made of untreated pine to replace my old wooden garden gate which is falling apart. I want to reuse the existing gate posts because they're in good nick and replacing them means drilling into concrete which is too much effort! Trouble is the gate posts have been painted already, but the new gate is untreated pine. I'm looking for an exterior wood treatment or paint that suitable for both the new gate and the previously painted gate posts. I'm hoping I can get more creative than buying 2 separate products = wood preservative/treatment for the gate and paint in a vaguely matching colour for the gate posts!! Any ideas anyone? Thanks for your help!

We had a peice of glass, about 5inches x 10 inches in the top middle of the door that we want to replace with something nicer that can swing open so we can see who is outside without opening door. Any idea what that mini door, or glass area is officially called? thanks.

My roommates are driving me crazy. One wants the AC at a constant temp (75) when we are not home because he says it doesn't have to work so hard to cool it down. The other roomie puts the temp up to 80 when she leaves to save electric, but when you get home, the AC runs for a long time to cool the apartment down.

Which way is cheaper on the wallet?

We'd much prefer a color from the green-blue-purple side of the color wheel.

Here's a link of the room (beagle included)

Usually we have this table runner that I got in Indonesia on the the coffee table (instead of wood glue and other construction type stuff--we just installed the bamboo floors)

I've found that Sherwin Williams site has over 1000 colors. If you go to http://sherlink.sherwin.com/swapp/color_visualizer/index.jsp
you can find a color. If there's a particular one that you like, feel free to include the name or number.

(The paint we'll use will most likely be AFM Safecoat, but they don't have any colors on their website)

Thanks so much!

When taking a shower, the bottom of the shower door drips water onto the floor. I've never had a "Closet Shower" before. Just a bathtub with a shower curtain. Any clues as to how to fix?

Replacing the washer helped slow the leak down, but did not fix it completely.
