What colors would be good in a comforter that go with yellow walls? I want an island feel in the bedroom.?

I would go with an aquamarine/turquiose background to create the feel of water. Look for some type of vintage upholstery print for accents, the island look with teak bowls and tiki lighs was popular back in the 60s. Good luck

There are many colors you could pick from. Light greens, peaches, tan, light blue. Think about and island beach and the colors you would see around you. Blue ocean, tan and green on the palm trees, peaches, and light reds for flowers.

I'm thinking a light, maybe even turquoise blue. Maybe a bit of melon-pink, some green. To be honest, I've never seen a bedspread like that, but that doesn't mean they don't exist!

It would also be a good idea to hang around in the paint section of your favorite hardware store and wait until someone asks to help you--most employees in the paint department are there to help customers figure out good matching colors. :)
