Im attending USF and looking to move to Tampa. Ive been shopping around and didn't know if anyone knew of any cheap yet nice apartments in that area?

I have called my landlord for the past three weeks trying to get him to get my central air fixed. He came out once last week and said the unit was leaking freon and that he would come back after dark to find out where the leak is. He has never been back. It's supposed to get to 95+ next week, what can I do? He wont return phone calls at this point either.

My sidewalks are old 50 years old and don't have the black rubber in between. I have seen some ppl use caulking in between the walks to prevent weeds.

I have ruined many corners of the walks by weed wacking, round-up didn't help much..... Rather not poison the ground any more than it needs.

I need to have a septic tank replaced outside my home. I have the option of fiberglass or concrete. The fiberglass is more money. Is there a benefit to using that over a concrete tank, or does it not matter?

I have a question about renting an apartment. Right now we have a bathtub that is cracking along the bottom. It was here when we moved in and it just keeps getting worse. I've told the landlord for several months now and she says someone will be over to look at it but no one ever comes over. When I mentioned it to one of the maintenance people he said that they've looked at it a hundred times and aren't going to look at it anymore. He said I must have broke it if its worse. Is there anything that I can do since they won't fix the thing?

Big ants are crawling down the cord to my humming bird feeder. Tons of them are dying and they are all over the place. Can you think of anything I could put at the top of the cord to make them not want to go down any further?
I don't want to kill them so nothing poisoness.
