I have an andersen wooden window in my shower. I'm tiling the inside of my shower but I'm wondering how to deal with the window. I don't want to ruin the wood, or even worse ruin the new wall! Please help as I'm a novice at home repair.

Does anyone know anything about volt booster transformers? I need to use a 230V appliance when my source only supplies 208V. What do I need to know to find an effective booster for my circuit breaker panel and how much is it going to cost me?

(I'm in the U.K)
Badgers have started to come into my parents garden at night and eat the left over bird bread. We think this is because it is so hot they are having trouble finding their usual food (worms e.t.c.) We want to help them out, so nutritionally what would be the best food to give them?
Are there going to be any negative consequences of doing this?
Thanks.
Are there any other ways to help wildlife in this weather?

I'm after a garden bench. I don't want a cheap quality £19 from Argos, but can't afford a £200 one either. So I want something that will last a few years but doesn't cost a packet. Second hand would be OK. Thanks
