The BEST setting is so that if you have ice cream in there it is still soft right about 30 degrees

the way you can test this is get your thermometer and then tell the freezer to bend over. Rectal temperature is always more accurate. (he he he, there should be a setting somewhere in your fridge if the above doesn't work)
