Wow, thanks for an interesting hunt! I don't know how basic you want to get. The first link is REAL basic -- beef tallow and oil, etc. -- a bit much for me! The others seem a bit more realistic, and the final one has lots of links to other pages. If you google "make soap" or "make shampoo" you'll find lots of sites to help you, I'm sure. Good luck!!
