I'm replacing a pull chain fixture. I have all the stuff (surface mount boxex, contuit, wires, switches, outlet, new fixture. I need to know how to wire it. The power is coming into the light now. How do I put it out to the outlet (separate) on one side and to the switch to control the light on the other (I don't want the outlet switched).

I have a lot of stretchy rayon knit pants and skirts from places like Express and Target, but after I wear them a few times they are not as soft. I noticed little fabric pills on the cloth. Can I keep these bumps off the clothes, and is there any way to remove them?

My daughter bought a novelty plant in the spring, a bean in a can, when it sprouted it had a fortune on the 1st leaves. Her's said "Money, Money, Money". The bean was large and reddish brown, much like a large kidney bean, which I thought it was. The vine is now as tall as our 2 story house, growing up in trees, across fences, its crazy. It has medium sized purple flowers that look like a giant snap dragon or small orchid and is producing thick beans that are approx 12 inches in length that turn brown and have 8 or 10 red beans inside.

I have read doing an internet search, that the way to laser the "fortunes" on these 'fortune telling beans' were developed in Japan, and they were first marketed there, but I can't find any discription of the plant itself.
Before I pass these seeds on to friends and family, please help me find out what it is.

I'm trying to decide whether to use solar cells as a primary means of electricity in my house. Is it a good investment or not. This area gets plenty of sun and the electric prices are going up. So can anyone help out?

My friend is moving into a basement apartment, and the concrete stairwell leading down to the apartment smells of mildew. Have you ever successfully removed mildew from concrete? What can she use to do this?

I rent an apartment, and the fridge in it comes from a company that doesn't exist anymore. There's NO instruction manual for it, and I'm not sure if I have it high enough. I have it on 4 out of 7, which is good enough for the winter, but in the summer, I have no idea where to put it. Any suggestions?

A Bouganvilla grew wild in an odd spot of my yard and was neglected. It is now more like a dome of a ground cover but very beautiful since I trimmed, fertilized and watered it well.

I bought a new one in a gallon can and would like to know if it could be trained to grow on a chain link fence or will just the back grow on the fence and rest turn into another thorny ground cover.

I just purchased 110 acres in Western Washington.

45 acres is beautiful level pasture. 65 acres is forest heavily overgrown with scrub trees, brush, blackberries etc., and has varying degrees of slope from gentle to steep.

Do you have any equipment recommendations for cleaning this up? I want to leave the timber and pretty much remove everything else.

General purpose tractor? John Deere? Recommended type and brand of implements?

Bobcat T300? Recommended implements?

Has anyone ever used a Fecon Bullhog? Is this overkill? Is there a more suitable implement for cleaning up blackberries and light brush?

Thank you in advance for any guidance you can provide.

discriminating because I will not rent my investment property to people who do not have reliable employment. I have been told by few people that I am discriminating against them, but how do they expect to pay $280/week in rent if they dont work? I have had problems in the past with people who dont work not paying rent on time, if at all and have been forced to evict them. Do you think I am being fair?
