I have a lot of stretchy rayon knit pants and skirts from places like Express and Target, but after I wear them a few times they are not as soft. I noticed little fabric pills on the cloth. Can I keep these bumps off the clothes, and is there any way to remove them?

Rayon is a lovely fabric, but you have to take special care of clothing made with it. After you wash your rayon clothes, don't put them in the dryer, rather, just hang them up until they dry. They will probably need ironing, just don't use a very hot iron on rayon fabric.

The 'pells' won't happen as quickly if you launder them inside out and in a mesh bag. When you do get some pelling, use a device made for removing them. It looks just like an electric razor but is battery powered. I think Wal Mart sells them. If not try a fabric store.

I wash dress clothes together.
I press or iron right when I pull the clothes out from the washer. (wet) I do not buy dry cleaning stuff because I can not afford it.

I wash underwear, socks, jeans, tshirts, together and dry them.

I wash bath towels together and dry them. In the summer only dry half way and throw them over the shower to air dry.
