My son is 10 but he likes cowboy stuff. He has a cowboy hat, clothes, and a rope. Any ideas on how to tie in a cowboy theme into his bedroom. I don't want anything too baby-ish. Something he can grow into his teenage years.

We are not part of a condo group, just a neighborhood with a few people who complain alot and like to throw around rules written by the builder 30 years ago.

A buying agent told me that it's very common for the condo regulation to have such a restriction (allowing leasing of the entire unit but not part of an unit). Does anyone have insight if it's true? If so, what's the main motivation for putting in such a restriction?

I want to make a 12' X 25' section of my yard into an additional driveway. The area is level and already has street access. I don't really care about anything other then price. I only plan to live here another 5-7 years, so it doesn't even have to last much longer then that. I really just need to prevent my cars from getting stuck! I live in the middle atlantic for price/weather referance. Any rough ideas would be greatly appreciated!

I want to keep its colors and put it on my wall for show . I was wondering how to get the meat out of the middle without breaking the shell and what to use to preserve the shell afterwards.
Thank you
Jacqui

This lace was purchased in Belgium about the turn of the last century by my grandfather. My grandmother used the lace for this christening dress for my mother. Each member of the family (about 20) have all been christened in this gown. Now it is very dingy and has yellow stains on the bodice and on the cotton batiste bodice. I've soaked both pieces in hot lemon water and now need to wash it "in the usual way"! Because of the delicate nature, I'm not sure whether to use Dreft or if there is something else which may be safer. I really need help soon! This is for the greatgrandchild of my mother - the original person to be christened in it. Please hurry!

I have an '84 Peidmont trailer with a cracked (plastic) tub. The tub is 54 inches long and the bathroom is 54 inches wide. A 54 inch tub from Home Depot will not work becouse it has a solid face to it. When you spin it in the small bathroom the diaganal messurement is greater than 54 inches.

The instruction manual of the Honda GC190 motor mention to use 10W-30 or 30 four stroke oil, but it is not available in the stores. Can I use regular motor oil instead for the pressure washer.

I noticed tiny black dots on the undersides of my basil plants, there's a bit of a webby stuff on some of the plants as well... not sure if its from the bugs or from a spider. What are these tiny bugs, they crawl, haven't seen them fly yet and how do i get rid of them? preferably organically ?
