How do i remove ensure i spilled on my polo.?

I spilled Ensure, the nutrient drink (like milk), on my lacoste polo, and i'm heasetant to wash it before i try to remove the stain, does anyone know how to remove it?

rinse it in cold water, spray it with Shout, wait 15 minutes, then wash it in cold water. hot water seals stains in. Check it before you put it in the dryer. If the stain is still there, try Shout again & washing. If it's still there after the second try, you are stuck with the stain.

Rub it out with oxiclean, put some oxiclean in your wash water
