There is a yellow substance in my garden in the morning. This substance is quite a large mass, smells like plant material but looks like some sort of animal threw it up. Any idea's what it could be? It has been there a few times a week all month. Years ago, at another home, had the same thing.

I am still remodeling my home from Hurricane Katrina. My front front room flooring is tile, but whoever put it down GLUED it down. I have tried using a floor scraper, to no avail. The easiest way is to get down on the floor with a hammer, and a hand scraper, and beat it half to death until it gives.....which where's me out quickly. So, if ANYONE knows how I can get this floor up in an easier fasion please contact me. Thank you , Starr

My new home is built near the beach (far from a 'beach home' though) and the property is mostly sand. After 1.5 years, I have some grass growing, but its far from being a nice yard. What do I have to do to make something decent of this yard?

I would really like to avoid scraping 2 feet off and buying topsoil-- $$ no thanks. Is there anything else I can do to get more grass?

Hi, luck me, I blew a gasline and spilled gasoline onto the asphalt
driveway. It left a large, black spot (the asphalt is old and faded).
Is there anyway to get the stain off? Thanks, John.

How do you upholster a sofa, what items are needed, how much fabric should I buy? Or am I better off buying a slipcover, but they never seem to fit right.

It is usually found above the front door of colonial-style houses. It is a small overhanging roof that juts out from the front of the house & protects you from the rain. It usually has scroll-work on the sides & is sometimes painted complimentary multi-colors.

I am looking for decorative corner trim for my 4-story apartment house. I have seen some very wide white trim with cinder-block-size blocks stamped on it. It is probably about 12-18" wide.
Does anyone know where I can purchase this online or in person?
FYI.. I live in Providence, RI.
