That depends on what you consider cheap, and where you'd like to live. I live in California, but will be moving to Buffalo, NY in two years because the cost of living is cheaper, and I can own a home for ALOT less then I can here. I was also looking at Ohio, Michigan, and Pennsylvania as possibilities.

you can find hud listings on cityside.com or firstpreston.com.. or you can call area banks and ask where they list foreclosures..... or watch the paper for courthouse auctions.
