It seems that no where around Normandy sells young trees that you are able to just take home and plant? (home in france)
Can anyone help?

They probably are good reasons why garden nurseries in Normandy, France are into overseas business: because overhead prices for doing such business are stratospherically high.

Evidently, there's a tree variation over there you want planted. Try looking around the home front for any nurseries that sell them. If you do find one, shine up your credit card and brace yourself for high costs.
