You describe a standard roof shingle with a lot of descriptive terms. The only one that will tend to vary is the length of the warranty. You have identified a 30 year shingle, therefore according to the warranty, you should expect to get 30 years out of them.

As long as you stick with one of the major brands such as Owens-Corning or GAF, you should be alright.

Good luck with your reroofing job.

In case you don't know... the three tab roof shingles are usually 20 to 25 year. Most common and usually least expensive. The architectural or fiberglass laminate shingles are heavier and made to last longer. They're going to cost more too. If you have hail damage, and insurance is paying to replace your roof, they can only give you the amount that it would cost to replace it with the same type you had before. So, if you had 3-tab and are replacing with architectural type, then you'll have to pay the difference in price. Whatever type of roof you decide on, make sure the contractor is licensed, insured, and reputable. A bad installation job can be worse than a cheaper roof.
