Beige or any neutral colour then you can use any accents to bring out color and have the option to change it later.

It's the tan that makes it hard. Maybe a very much lighter tan, like dry sand on the beach? Light yellow? Can't you get rid of the tub [lol]?

White is always good with everything. Secondly, any cream color would probably work as well, as you wouldn't want a dark color in a bathroom. Or would you?
