Just bought a house and the previous owner left the appliances. However, she didn't empty out the food in the frig. and had had her electricity shut off for who knows how long. We cleaned it out throughly, put in odor eaters, vacuumed out the fans in back, and turned up the cooler. Walked away for a week and maggots are back again. The smell was better but is getting bad again now that the maggots are back. GROSS! How do you get rid of these?

Know any others? Plus just wanting some ideas on what's gorgeous out there. Tired of the same ol things I see at the Nursery...maybe I can order some beauty....any good flower catalogy out there can I can asked to be sent to me.....got a site or a number?

Thanks so much for answering so many questions!
Enjoy your weekend planting!

I work about 44 hours per week. My husband is on active duty with the military and is not here to help (not much help when he is here honestly). I have a three-year-old and a five-year-old, both boys. I clean almost constantly from 5:30 in the morning until 9:00 at night. Many nights I am doing laundry at 9:15 or later. The house is still a complete mess no matter how much I seem to work at it. I also have to keep the yard mowed, etc.

I just don't have the funds to have someone come in to help me clean or mow. Any suggetions??

I want to use about an 7-9 foot space between two windows. The area gets plenty of sun, but not too much.

Actually, it's a visor, and it's filthy!! I've heard of these molds you can buy that keep the hat in shape while you wash it. Can you put it in the washing machine or the dishwasher? Would that make the visor part go soft? Otherwise, would dry-cleaning spray work?

I applied scotts bonus s weed and feed 6 weeks ago, and a week later my grass was looking real good. I even recieved a few comments about my lawn. Last week it started to look like my grass was dying(yellowish spots) but I really didnt pay it no mind. Now my lawn is more yellow than green. This week I started watering it every day but my grass just looks like it has come to a hault. I live in Texas and have st augustine grass if that helps! Can someone help me with this issue???

I can't replace a patch of the carpet (I don't have extra material). Most of it is gone cause I scrubbed with a brush but know the spot is paler than the rest of the carpet. I thought of making a new stain over the carpet to cover it (the carpet is a burgundy color). I'm lost!
