here is a start its a free plan site look to see if they have links to barns. http://www.deckplans.com/Plans/PlanType.asp
some times its as cheep to buy a pre-built one and have it dropped off you should shop around just remember your time building one is worth what you make at work so figure that in the cost if you don't build alot even a kit can take some time and if you are handy enough to build one on your own from raw materials you shouldn't need a plan...not a insult just trying to let you know a pre-built one is a good choice for most people, the materials alone cost close to a pre-built one

If there is a Home Depot or a Lowes near you, both places have information desks where you can tell them exactly what you want, and they will use the computer to tell you not only how to build it, but also what materials you will need. I built a fence, and they printed out a detailed list of all the materials I would need, including the price of each item that I didn't already have. They also rent a lot of tools that you may not need to use every day, or ever again for that matter. Hope this helps! If you're not close to either of these two places, try CO-OP or TSC (Tractor Supply). Good luck!
